Hercules is hiring a Creator Partnerships Lead to scale our creator distribution. You will own partnerships end-to-end—from sourcing to measurement—and turn creator content into reusable growth assets.

We value deal-orientation, taste for identifying high-potential creators, and process discipline to run a high-volume pipeline with clear KPIs. In-office SF with remote consideration for exceptional US-time-zone candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running creator/influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Strong networking and sourcing ability to find emerging creators.
• Excellent negotiation and contract instincts for terms and timelines.
• Strong creative briefing skills for clear yet flexible direction.
• Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and analytic impact.
• Strong ops and analytics: pipelines, tracking, UTMs, reporting.
• Good judgment on branding, especially with meme and micro pages.

Responsibilities

• Lead sponsored creator and influencer programs across major and micro channels.
• Oversee sourcing and outreach, maintaining a high-volume pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts: rates, deliverables, timelines, compliance.
• Prepare briefs and approvals: creative direction, messaging, safety.
• Manage deliverable ops: timelines, revisions, posting verification, links.
• Track performance by creator, format, platform, and cohort quality.
