Formación

• 5+ years negotiating and closing paid YouTube and Instagram creator deals, including performance hybrids and usage rights.
• You judge creators by what they convert, not reach, and make budget calls when attribution is imperfect.
• You can spot which creators will move the needle and which will burn budget.
• You use AI tools daily and have built at least one workflow that scales workload.
• You’ve run commission tiers, tracking and partner activation hands-on.
• You handle a large partner network with speed and follow-up to close deals.
