Job summary

Base44 is building a creator engine to scale partnerships for its AI-powered platform. You’ll identify, recruit, and manage creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, turning partnerships into a core growth channel.

You thrive in fast-paced ecosystems, build authentic relationships at scale, and connect creator activity to product launches and features. This role blends strategy with hands-on program building.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup.
• Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously.
• Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships with minimal hand-holding.
• Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product’s ideal user, even if not obvious at first.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs without a full playbook yet.
• Excellent communication skills for writer-friendly creator briefs and tight performance summaries.
• Bonus: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company making technical products accessible.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up as a main growth channel.
• Identify and build relationships with creators who align with Base44’s product, audience, and brand.
• Spot emerging voices, cultural trends, and communities to shape Base44’s online presence.
• Build partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Collaborate with creators to shape content that resonates with their audience while maximizing reach and engagement.
• Identify creators and formats that make technical products feel accessible and exciting.
• Work with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with launches and features.
• Develop a scalable, repeatable creator program for sustained growth.
• Measure outcomes and continuously improve creator partnerships’ awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
