Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate and develop high-potential creators on the platform. You will manage inbound creator programs and proactively recruit creators from other platforms, guiding them through their first steps on Twitch.

You’ll work with two creator pipelines, stay organized, and apply strong judgment to help creators build long-term partnerships while staying connected to evolving trends in the creator economy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong data and research skills to evaluate creators from multiple sources.
• Good judgement and attention to detail when assessing authenticity and audience quality.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building via email and social messaging.
• Curiosity about creator trends and talent discovery.
• Understanding of livestreaming, creator economy and online communities.
• Ability to engage with creators and guide them through issues and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to identify creators with long-term potential.
• Research creator authenticity and audience quality against partnership criteria.
• Outreach promising creators, build relationships, and support their growth on Twitch.
• Search across social platforms to identify rising talent for Twitch partnerships.
• Conduct thoughtful cold outreach to convert creators to Twitch opportunities.
• Guide creators through onboarding and their first streams for success.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platforms, and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth.
