Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate, and develop high-potential creators on Twitch. You will manage Twitch’s inbound creator program and proactively recruit talent from other platforms to join the Twitch Partner ecosystem.

You’ll build relationships, evaluate authenticity and audience quality, and guide creators through their first steps on the platform, from onboarding to long-term partnership.
