Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate, and develop high‑potential creators. You will work across two creator pipelines—inbound and proactive recruitment—helping creators build long‑term careers on Twitch.

You’ll stay ahead of trends, engage with creators, and guide them from onboarding to growth across multiple platforms. The role emphasizes curiosity, organization, and strong judgement, with the aim of empowering creators to succeed on Twitch while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in either creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Data and research skills to evaluate creators from multiple sources.
• Excellent written communication and confidence building relationships via email and social messaging.
• Curiosity about creator trends and discovering emerging talent.
• Understanding of livestreaming, the creator economy and online communities.
• Ability to engage with creators personally and help troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports and identify creators with long‑term potential.
• Research to verify creator authenticity and audience quality.
• Reach out to promising organic creators and guide their growth on Twitch.
• Search across social platforms to identify emerging talent.
• Initiate thoughtful outreach and persuade creators to join Twitch as partners.
• Guide onboarding and set up creators for success from their first stream onward.
• Stay connected to creator trends and platforms to improve talent identification.
• Partner with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth and transition to long‑term account management.
