Qualifications

• Proven track record of identifying and building relationships.
• Familiarity with creator economy, social media trends, and content mechanics.
• Comfort using analytics tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage creators/influencers to join TikTok Shop; lead onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of creators; provide support and resources.
• Design and implement programs to drive creator growth and retention.
• Foster collaborations between creators and brands with cross-functional teams.
• Track performance metrics and deliver insights and reports to stakeholders.
