Job summary

TikTok is offering a campus internship in the US for Summer 2027 to help scale its TikTok Shop e-commerce collaboration. You will work with the US team on strategy development, data-driven analyses, and cross-functional execution to support merchants, creators, and brands.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, marketing, or related field.
• Able to commit to working 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Have good logical thinking, business analysis ability, systematic thinking and critical thinking ability.
• Have strong learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with global e-commerce strategies and support leaders to disassemble tasks, set priorities and add value to the business team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate merchandise and seller growth, identify trends and make optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the Strategy.
• Participate in the design and implementation of business operation management systems and processes.
• Identify and mitigate risk during rapid growth while ensuring compliance.
• Establish clear communication with partners globally and coordinate projects across systems.
