Job summary

TikTok in Seattle is offering a 12-week Summer internship with the creator and affiliate product team. MBA students will gain hands-on experience designing and building products to help creators promote merchandise to TikTok users.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate cross‑departmental resources and provide strategic advice.
• Cooperate with the team to conduct market analysis of affiliate, creator, KOL, celebrities and entertainment industries.
• Understand competitors and identify growth points to formulate operation strategies.
• Analyze affiliate and creator data; design indicators and monitor performance with data insights.
• Project-manage to ensure timely launches of creator tasks and affiliate campaigns.
• Identify improvement plans for future campaigns and creator task developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform-wide campaign efforts.
