Job summary

Thnks is seeking a Partnerships and Community Manager to build a creator network and expand reach across creators, communities, and corporate partners. This is a founding hire with no initial team, so you will own relationships and drive everything end-to-end.

You will recruit creators, build the community, and lead co-marketing with major platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on rapid, high-cadence execution and tangible results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building creator, influencer, community, or partner marketing programs, ideally in B2B.
• Strong knowledge of the creator landscape and the seller's world across LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Direct experience running co-marketing with partners, including calendars, campaigns, funds, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign creators yourself, focusing on real B2B sellers and revenue leaders; source them, reach out, write briefs, edit drafts, and run posting cadence.
• Build and run the community day to day by posting, moderating, welcoming new members, and hosting conversations.
• Build partner co-marketing with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Concur, EcoCart, and Thnks Local; drive joint calendar, content, webinars, and in-app promotions.
• Celebrate practitioners by running awards and spotlights that turn happy customers into advocates.
• Show up at events to sponsor, attend as hunters, or host small dinners.
• Track performance to show which creators drive signups and which partners pull weight.
