Job summary

Base44, now part of Wix, seeks a creator ecosystem lead to build and scale a program that connects technical products with authentic creators across major platforms.

You will identify aligned creators, foster deep relationships, and shape content that resonates with audiences while driving product awareness and adoption. This role blends strategy and hands-on relationship management in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup.
• Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and scaling.
• Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously, not just a few big names.
• Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships with minimal hand-holding.
• Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product's ideal user, even when not obvious.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building programs without a fixed playbook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for creator briefs and performance summaries.
• Bonus: experience at a B2B SAAS or AI-adjacent company making technical products feel accessible.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, defining creators as a primary growth channel.
• Identify and build relationships with creators aligned with Base44’s product, audience, and brand.
• Leverage understanding of the creator landscape to spot emerging voices and trends.
• Build authentic partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with launches and features.
• Create a scalable program to grow creator partnerships in a repeatable, sustainable way.
• Measure outcomes, learn quickly, and improve awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
