Job summary

Nood INC is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Community Lead to drive our creator and partnership programs in the United States. You will own four core areas and build the relationships, workflows, and incentives that turn these programs into reliable content, customer acquisition, and brand credibility.

You’ll focus on TikTok Shop creators, VIP creator program, Meta whitelisting, and partnerships while collaborating with performance teams to translate insights into scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creator programs or influencer marketing for consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience recruiting and managing TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
• Strong negotiation, contracts, and creator compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Program including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Build and run the VIP Creator Program with incentives, briefs, and payout coordination.
• Source and manage creators for Meta whitelisting; negotiate terms and manage rights and renewals.
