Formación

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup.
• Ability to build scalable creator programs and measure impact.
• Comfort around ambiguity and building programs without a full playbook.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, shaping growth channels.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with creators aligned with Base44’s product and brand.
• Collaborate with product, growth and marketing to tie creator activity to launches and features.
• Create scalable processes to manage high-volume creator relationships.
