Nutrabolt is hiring a Social Commerce & Affiliate Creative Coordinator in Austin to support creative execution across TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and paid media. You will work with the Creative Strategy Manager to bring campaigns to life and coordinate content production across teams.

The role emphasizes multi-project management, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling content for commerce and advertising channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce platforms.
• Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content timelines across multiple stakeholders including Creative, Paid Media, Brand, Affiliate, and Project Management teams.
• Support creation and execution of TikTok Shop and affiliate content assets and reminders for approvals.
• Manage pipelines of affiliate-generated videos and ensure asset availability for Paid Media.
• Keep creative assets organized and ready for testing, launch, and optimization.
