Rakuten Advertising is seeking a Creator Services professional to support brand clients in building, launching, and growing creator programs. You will recruit and onboard creators, coordinate campaigns, and deliver program insights with internal analytics teams.

You will work across social platforms, manage communications with brands and creators, and ensure brand guidelines and FTC disclosures are met while optimizing performance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Creator Economy Knowledge: Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and monetization models.
• Familiarity with affiliate or performance-based creator partnerships is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for client-ready reports and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for brands and creators, managing communication between creators, brand clients and account managers.
• Support creator discovery and recruitment by building target lists based on audience fit, content quality, engagement and brand alignment.
• Manage creator onboarding, including outreach, program terms, tracking links, product seeding and gifting logistics.
