Job summary

Rakuten Advertising is seeking a Creator Services professional to support brand clients in building and growing creator programs. You will recruit creators, onboard them, coordinate campaigns, and provide insights from briefs to published content.

You will work with clients across retail, fashion, beauty, home, travel and more, collaborating with analytics, product, marketing and billing teams to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for brands and creators and coordinate between parties.
• Support creator discovery and recruitment by building target lists based on audience fit and brand alignment.
• Oversee creator onboarding, including outreach, terms, tracking links and gifting logistics.
• Coordinate campaign execution: briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and content calendars.
• Review creator content for brand guidelines and FTC disclosure before/after posting.
• Update client offers, promo codes and assets across creator tools and communications.
• Track performance and build client-ready recaps and insights.
• Monitor creator content to identify top performers and optimization opportunities.
• Engage the creator community with regular check-ins and communications.
• Stay informed on platform updates and creator economy trends.
