Job summary

Truist is seeking an Influencer/Creator Marketing Manager to lead strategy, development, and optimization of influencer programs driving brand and business outcomes. The role focuses on building a scalable creator ecosystem and delivering mid- and lower-funnel performance, including engagement, consideration, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of influencer/creator and/or social media experience.
• Deep SME in social media and influencer marketing discipline.
• Understanding of business strategies and processes.
• Ability to lead complex projects and teams.
• Independent judgment in solving challenges.
• Sophisticated analytical skills.
• Ability to influence others.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape and market/regulatory factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple influencer marketing campaigns aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Oversee content calendars, creative reviews, paid media plans, measurement and reporting.
• Scale brand awareness, consideration and conversions across channels.
• Ensure brand voice/visual consistency across campaigns, including multicultural content.
• Develop plans to grow channel presence and engagement.
• Provide strategic recommendations on tactics and tech solutions.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders and agency partners.
• Lead crisis and incident protocols when needed.
