Job summary

Hook Music Inc in New York is seeking a Creator Partnerships Lead to own the full creator lifecycle, from sourcing and signing founders to turning them into power users who drive exponential growth for the platform.

You will work closely with our VP, Head of Growth and collaborate across Product, Operations, and Marketing to build scalable creator and community programs that become Hook’s durable competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in creator partnerships & growth at a leading creator-focused music platform.
• Proven track record building creator acquisition programs from scratch.
• Deep expertise in creator retention and engagement programs.
• Hands-on experience designing or operating creator monetization models.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Creator Acquisition, Retention, Engagement and Monetization engine.
• Drive Creator Retention & Engagement with lifecycle programs and feedback loops.
• Develop monetization frameworks: revenue share, creator funds, brand partnerships.
• Engineer Creator Virality with referral loops and cross-platform sharing.
