Job summary

Base44 is seeking a senior creator partnerships leader to build and scale a creator ecosystem that becomes a primary growth channel. You will identify, recruit, and manage creators who authentically align with our product and brand, spanning YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

You will work closely with product, growth, and marketing to integrate creator activity with launches and new features, shaping content that resonates with technical audiences and drives adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up.
• Identify and build relationships with creators who align with Base44’s product, audience, and brand.
• Spot emerging voices and cultural trends in the creator landscape.
• Build partnerships across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with product launches.
• Develop a scalable, repeatable creator program.
• Measure results and optimize partnerships for awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
