Job summary

Patreon is seeking a Top Creator Management Associate (Contractor) to oversee a portfolio of 100–150 creators, driving data-backed growth and revenue for the community. The role collaborates with product and partner teams to tailor growth plays and solutions that scale with volume.

You’ll design cohort programs, lead high-value strategy sessions, and champion feedback to improve creator experience while maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or partner/account management in B2B2C or B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years in the creator space influencing creator success.
• Experience using data/analytics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for partners.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for a portfolio of 100–150 creators, prioritizing opportunities by impact.
• Design and run 1:many programming — cohort sessions, office hours, workshops, growth plays.
• Lead 1:1 strategy sessions with priority creators to grow communities and revenue.
• Build data-backed growth recommendations and track outcomes against goals.
• Respond to inbound questions with speed and clarity to support creators.
