Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Top Creator Management Associate (Contractor) to support our mission in San Francisco or Los Angeles. This role focuses on account management and success for top creators, driving data-backed solutions and opportunities.

You will own growth for 100–150 creators, run cohort sessions and 1:1 strategy with priority partners, and collaborate with product teams to improve tools and processes. A BA/BS and 3+ years in customer success are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher is required.
• 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or partner/account management with revenue retention/growth in a B2B2C or B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years in the creator space influencing creator success.
• Expertise in using data and analytics to develop insights for decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; must share and pitch ideas to partners and potential partners.
• Analyze creator cohort performance and engagement through data-driven research.
• Experience influencing customer behavior to drive success through coaching and training.
• Curious, empathetic, and confident offering strategic advice in short interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for a portfolio of 100–150 creators, segmenting by opportunity and risk.
• Design and run 1:many programming — cohort sessions, office hours, workshops, and templated growth plays.
• Lead high-value 1:1 strategy sessions with priority creators to grow their communities and revenue.
• Build data-backed growth recommendations from creator performance data and track outcomes.
• Respond to inbound questions with speed and clarity, helping creators feel heard.
• Identify trends and feedback to improve product and processes.
• Champion partner feedback to product teams to enhance tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the creator experience.
