Job summary

Booth & Partners is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to design, launch, and scale a two-tier creator program. You will recruit and activate creators across tiers, manage platform workflows in GRIN, and align with leadership and paid teams to drive measurable growth across brand and performance channels.

You will own program strategy, establish tiering logic, and optimize for ROAS while ensuring FTC compliance and authentic creator relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in affiliate, influencer, creator, or partnerships marketing.
• Hands-on experience with a creator/affiliate platform (GRIN preferred; Upfluence/Aspire acceptable).
• Fluent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube distribution and platform-specific strategies.
• Comfort with performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, EMV) and selecting the right metric for goals.
• Knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements.
• Strong brief-writing and brand-voice communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines.
• Bonus: experience with premium products and lean startup environments.
• Passionate about storytelling, brand-building, outdoors, design, sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and own tiered affiliate program strategy.

• Own GRIN end-to-end: discovery, onboarding, gifting, approvals, payouts, reporting.
