Job summary

Patreon is seeking a Top Creator Management Associate (Contractor) to oversee a portfolio of 100–150 creators, driving growth and engagement through data-driven strategies and direct partner collaboration.

Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles with a 20-hour-per-week schedule, you will run cohort sessions, 1:1 strategy calls, and cross-functional initiatives to improve creator experiences and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or partner/account management with revenue retention experience.
• 2+ years in the creator space influencing creator success.
• Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for a portfolio of 100–150 creators, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
• Design and run 1:many programming — cohort sessions, office hours, workshops, and growth plays.
• Lead high-value 1:1 strategy sessions with priority creators to grow communities and revenue.
• Build data-backed growth recommendations from creator performance data and measure outcomes.
• Respond to inbound questions with speed and clarity to support creators.
• Share updates and learning resources in personal, actionable ways at scale.
• Identify trends and feedback to propose product and process improvements.
• Champion partner feedback to product teams to improve tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve creator experience.
• Maintain systems and documentation for smooth handoffs.
