Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Creator Program Manager in Los Angeles to lead influencer development, optimize coaching programs, and drive performance metrics across TikTok Shop partnerships. You will supervise a team of AMs, refine influencer briefs, and implement AI-driven reporting to surface actionable insights.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partners, managing CRM pipelines, and delivering data-backed leadership updates while shaping strategic creator campaigns and expansions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creator/influencer programs or talent development with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop creators or talent with clear KPIs (video output, GMV, engagement).
• Experience running coaching programs or structured development pipelines.
• Proficiency with creator management and content-tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for automation and reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and leadership presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for feedback at all levels.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support 5-10 commission-based Account Managers in TikTok discovery.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews: calls booked, conversion rate, affiliates recruited, GMV generated.
• Track team KPIs weekly: creator recruits, video count, incremental GMV, affiliate retention.
• Provide guidance to AMs to align creators to ICP and expansion segments.
• Own the internal creator development program: coaching groups and weekly 1:1 check-ins.
• Refine briefing, retainer negotiation, and posting requirement frameworks.
• Manage coaching group program: content coaching, pipeline accountability, feedback.
• Improve creator CRM system: pipeline tracking, GMV attribution, performance data.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on TikTok Shop team performance; support leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, outreach templates, and insights.
• Collaborate with TikTok Shop team on prize campaigns and affiliate briefs.
• Partner with Brand Influencer team to align pipelines and campaigns.
• Work with agencies on creator sourcing and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with founders on big initiatives: brand collabs, influencer events.
• Represent creator development in internal reviews and cross-functional planning.
