Job summary

You’ll shape creator programming across platforms, monitor performance with analytics, and drive measurable business impact while building a high‑performing team in a fast-evolving creator economy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in digital media, creator partnerships, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success managing creator programs at scale.
• Experience working with creators, agencies, or digital partners.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and trends.
• Experience with short-form content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset using audience insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator partnership strategies to grow Disney+ audience.
• Build scalable creator programs connecting creators with Disney franchises.
• Lead TikTok Creator Program and other strategic initiatives.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with creators, agencies, partners.
• Develop partnership models and engagement strategies with measurable results.
• Monitor platform trends to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Direct creator-led content initiatives from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and programming teams.
• Shape creator programming to expand reach across platforms.
• Evaluate content performance to inform decisions.
