Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Creator Partnerships Specialist to support and scale creator campaigns for Disney+. You will coordinate relationships with creators and talent agencies, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept through launch while working with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging experiences that align with Disney+'s brand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience supporting creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or related fields.
Experience working with creators, talent agencies, or entertainment partners.
Knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Familiarity with platform publishing workflows, analytics, and social metrics.
Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute creator partnership campaigns to drive audience growth and brand affinity for Disney+.
Coordinate creator relationships across campaign lifecycles including outreach and approvals.
Assist in managing relationships with creators, talent reps, agencies, and media partners.
Support activations and creator experiences while maintaining long-term relationships.
Track milestones and keep projects on schedule; resolve executional challenges.
