Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA is seeking a Manager, Creator Content & Partnerships to shape innovative creator strategies for Disney+. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable programs, produce creator-led content, and drive audience growth and retention across Disney+.

Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and International teams to optimize partnerships and content investments, guided by audience insights and performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in digital media, creator partnerships, social media, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading teams and coaching high performers.
• Proven track record managing creator/influencer partnerships at scale.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and platforms.
• Experience with short-form content strategies (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, content, analytics and product.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator strategy and partnerships to drive Disney+ audience growth.
• Oversee execution of creator-led content from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Programming, Analytics and Sales teams.
• Develop scalable processes and best practices for creator operations.
• Measure performance using engagement and business impact metrics.
