Job summary

Disney in Burbank, CA is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Campaign Execution Specialist to support the planning and execution of creator campaigns for Disney+. You will coordinate relationships with creators, talent representatives, agencies, and media partners to deliver engaging content on schedule.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creator Content & Partnerships, you will work across Marketing, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years supporting creator partnerships, influencer or digital campaigns.
• Experience with creators, talent agencies, or entertainment partners.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute creator campaigns to drive growth and engagement for Disney+.
• Coordinate creator relationships across campaign lifecycles and approvals.
• Manage relationships with talent reps, agencies, and media partners.
• Support activations and creator experiences while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Track milestones and resolve executional challenges on schedule.
