Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking a Senior Creator Community Manager for the VETTE program in New York, NY. You will manage day-to-day creator relationships, help shape storefronts, and drive activity across content, merchandising, and social promotion.

You will build a thriving creator community, develop programming, events, and educational initiatives, and partner with internal teams to scale the program while maintaining a personal, high-touch experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, community, social media or related field.
• Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem and how creators build audiences, content and commercial businesses.
• Experience directly managing creator or talent relationships.
• Strong understanding of fashion, culture and social media with excellent taste and instinct for relevance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of VETTE creators.
• Help creators develop and maintain distinctive storefronts reflecting their POV.
• Drive creator activity across storefront merchandising, editorial content and social promotion.
• Develop sustainable content franchises and publishing rhythms with creators.
• Identify underactive creators and plan re-engagement strategies.
• Surface brands, products, trends and opportunities for creators.
• Coordinate with merchandising, product, design and commercial teams to address creator needs.
