Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a Resident, Creator Manager to drive day-to-day execution of creator campaigns and manage our network of creators. You will publish briefs, source talent, and serve as the main point of contact with creators, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery.

You will be supported by senior team members and encouraged to take ownership of campaign management, including content reviews, approvals, and asset organization across internal drives.

Qualifications

• A keen interest in marketing.
• Experience across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• Ability to combine creativity and analytics and tell a story.
• Innate curiosity and adaptability with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
• Experience with social listening tools is a plus but not mandatory: Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon, TweetDeck

Responsibilities

• Publish creator briefs on marketplaces and platforms to find ideal creators for brand campaigns.
• Source creators from partnered marketplaces based on client briefs and budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for creators and manage all communications to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Lead end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, including outreach, content review, and approvals.
• Organize all campaign assets on internal drives and create shareable links for external use.
• Manage expectations with internal teams and ensure timely updates and accountability for deliverables.
