Job summary

VaynerX seeks a detail-oriented creator manager to drive end-to-end creator campaigns for CAIT, our creator, affiliate, influencer and talent services team. You'll publish briefs, source talent, and serve as the main contact for creators, ensuring campaigns are executed from outreach to approvals.

You will coordinate with senior team members while owning day-to-day campaign management, content reviews, and asset organization, with a focus on delivering results within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social media or creator campaign management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with creators.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with timelines.
• Interest in social media trends and rising creators.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels and relevant conversations for engagement opportunities.
• Active listening across follower interactions: comments, responses, DMs.
• Analyze brand trends and provide insights to the creative team.
• Present subject-matter insights and subculture knowledge.
• Daily digest of observations and actionable recommendations.
• Use third-party tools to manage brand pages and social assets.
• Escalate issues per protocol and manage escalation when needed.
• Seek opportunities to insert the brand into relevant conversations.
