Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Resident, Creator Manager to support CAIT in launching and managing creator campaigns. You’ll publish briefs, source talent, and serve as the primary contact for creators, guiding campaigns from outreach through approvals with an emphasis on organized workflows.

You’ll work closely with senior team members, reporting on progress and ensuring timely delivery while staying current with creator trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social media or creator campaign management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Passionate about social media trends and creators.

Responsibilities

• Publish creator briefs on marketplaces and platforms.
• Source creators aligned with client briefs and budgets.
• Be the primary contact for creators and manage communications.
• Lead end-to-end creator campaigns, including outreach and approvals.
• Organize campaign assets and maintain trackers and links.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure deadlines are met.
