Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Manager of CAIT to lead Creators, Affiliates, Influencers and Talent across UK and Germany, reporting to the VP of CAIT EMEA. You will translate brand briefs into casting strategies and manage CAIT-led campaigns with Creative partners.

You will align the CAIT network with AIM and PAC workflows to drive production excellence, oversee pipeline and contract processes, and optimize assets for high viewership and business impact.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.
• Creative/Operator Hybrid: balance creative taste with operational budget/timeline oversight.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: work with internal Vayner teams to manage CAIT-led campaigns; translate brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Campaign management: pitch CAIT-led concepts with Creative to drive business results and elevate CAIT from order taker to strategic partner.
• Quality Control: ensure delivered assets are creative, effective and commercially safe.
• Team player: contribute to the CAIT team's energy and collaborate across functions.
• Pipeline Management: oversee contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines for speed and compliance.
• Margin & Efficiency: monitor financial health of CAIT projects and optimize workflows for high-volume outputs.
