Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Manager of CAIT (Creators, Affiliates, Influencers, & Talent) to lead influencer partnerships and manage CAIT campaigns within the EMEA region, with emphasis on UK & DE. You will bridge CAIT with cross-functional teams, drive sourcing of diverse talent, and ensure productions align with brand goals.

You will oversee strategy and operations for sourcing makers, engage with clients, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets while maintaining project profitability

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: work with internal Vayner teams across Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to manage CAIT-led campaigns.
• Campaign management: pitch CAIT-led concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results.
• Quality Control: apply standards to ensure assets are creative and commercially safe.
• Team player: contribute to the CAIT team’s energy and work autonomously when needed.
• Pipeline Management: handle contracts, payments, and project timelines for speed and compliance.
• Margin & Efficiency: monitor financial health of CAIT projects and optimize workflows for high-volume assets.
