Job summary

Aquent's Services Social Marketing team is seeking a Creator Activation Specialist to drive the operational and strategic execution of creator-led initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of project management and creator strategy, bringing organizational rigor needed to keep activations on track while preserving the cultural and creative quality that makes them resonate.

You will work closely with internal teams, external agency partners, and creators to ensure App Store creator programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator marketing or related fields.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and creators.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience using project management tools to track work and report status.
• Experience developing or refining workflows to drive cross-functional efficiency.
• Knowledge of creator ecosystems and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for creator activations with plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation.
• Coordinate between internal teams, external agency partners, developers, and creators to maintain alignment and communication.
• Translate marketing priorities into creator briefs and activation frameworks with strategy and partnerships.
• Ensure creative and messaging deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage activation budgets and financial reporting with finance and vendors.
• Develop activation workflows to drive operational efficiency and creator coordination.
