Job summary

Fanfix is seeking a Creator Acquisition Manager in West Hollywood to identify, prospect, and onboard creators to the platform. You will manage your own pipeline from initial outreach to onboarding, balancing speed with high-quality relationships.

This hybrid role requires strong organization, data-driven decision making, and comfort with contract negotiations, while collaborating with the Success team to support creators' monetization and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of social media landscape, creator economy, and Gen-Z culture.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for high-volume outreach.
• Comfort negotiating contracts with creators.
• Experience pitching a product or app to qualified leads.

Creator Acquisition Manager (Creator Partnerships Manager)

Job Description

The Creator Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Director of Creator Partnerships to identify, prospect and onboard new creators to Fanfix. They will be responsible for managing their own prospecting pipeline-progressing from initial top-of-funnel outreach to eventual launch on the platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, data-driven and adept at managing the fast-paced challenges of onboarding creators and managing high-profile relationships.

This is a hybrid role, in our West Hollywood office four days a week and remote the fifth day.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new creators, while leveraging talent/agency networks to aid in that effort
• Ensuring creators understand and utilize Fanfix’s monetization tools effectively
• In collaboration with our dedicated Success team, help manage relationships with creators and maintain consistent communication with those that you've onboarded
• Directly propose and negotiate contractual agreements with creators. You will be responsible for determining deliverables, counter-offers and necessary considerations
• Leverage data as a tool to consult creators on proven best practices, and ensure they are positioned to optimize success on the platform
• Spearhead various team initiatives including new creator networks, regions and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience and proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Well versed in the social media landscape, creator economy, and Gen-Z popular culture, and an understanding of the business considerations that full-time content creators face
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high-volume outreach pipeline, timelines, and personalities
• Comfortability with navigating extensive contract negotiations
• Demonstrated experience with pitching a product or application to qualified leads

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - 85,000/year + bonus potential
