Job summary

Fanfix is seeking a Creator Acquisition Manager in West Hollywood to identify, prospect, and onboard creators to the platform. You will manage your own pipeline from initial outreach to onboarding, balancing speed with high-quality relationships.

This hybrid role requires strong organization, data-driven decision making, and comfort with contract negotiations, while collaborating with the Success team to support creators' monetization and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of social media landscape, creator economy, and Gen-Z culture.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for high-volume outreach.
• Comfort negotiating contracts with creators.
• Experience pitching a product or app to qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new creators, leveraging networks to aid in outreach.
• Ensure creators understand and utilize Fanfix’s monetization tools.
• Collaborate with Success team to manage relationships and maintain communication with onboarded creators.
• Directly propose and negotiate contractual agreements, determining deliverables and counter-offers.
• Use data to advise creators on best practices to maximize platform success.
• Lead initiatives for new creator networks, regions, and growth opportunities.
