Job summary

OLIVER is seeking a Project Manager for the GSS team in Chicago to act as the operational backbone of the studio. You will manage workflow, resource allocation, and delivery tracking while coordinating with the account team to triage briefs and improve how the team works.

You’ll build deep knowledge of GSS and TCF capabilities to inform smarter resourcing and better client outcomes, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, traffic management, or studio operations within a creative, production, or marketing environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent jobs with attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication to brief teams, manage expectations, and escalate effectively.
• Familiarity with digital asset management platforms; Bynder is an advantage.
• Knowledge of creative production workflows and fast, informed resourcing decisions.
• Experience tracking client satisfaction data or delivery quality metrics.
• Comfort with OMG compliance processes and adapting quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow management for the GSS team including intake, allocation, timelines and delivery tracking.
• Provide daily clarity on priorities and tasks to the creative team to maintain high-quality output.
• Support the Senior Account Manager with brief triage and routing to the right resources.
• Develop knowledge of capabilities and capacity of GSS and TCF teams.
• Track CSAT responses and share insights with stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance requirements across all deliverables are met.
• Oversee uploading final assets to Bynder with proper naming and quality checks.
• Identify and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Act as communication bridge between creative team and account leadership, flag risks early.
