Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Senior Account Manager in Chicago to bridge client marketing teams and the studio, shaping processes, relationships, and workflows for maximum efficiency.

You will own the brief pipeline, partner with the Project Manager, and grow a client services capability as the studio scales, delivering strategically and commercially grounded guidance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management within a creative agency or in‑house studio.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience establishing or improving client services processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a new client services layer and single point of escalation.
• Act as the client’s voice within the studio and the studio’s voice to the client.
• Own the client relationship infrastructure and enable the Creative Director to focus on creative leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate them into expanded scope.
• Own triage of briefs, ensure correct skill assignment.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to improve processes and on‑time delivery.
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross‑team collaboration.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and risk, escalating when needed.
• Establish reporting rhythms for progress and priorities.
• Lead process excellence and scalable ways of working.
• Ensure seamless flow of work and avoid dropped handoffs.
• Track scope and manage commercial implications of changes.
