Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Project Manager in Chicago to oversee the GSS team’s workflow, resource allocation, and delivery timing. You’ll coordinate briefs with the account team, monitor client satisfaction, and drive improvements across the studio.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you’ll build deep knowledge of GSS and TCF capabilities to enable smarter resourcing and better client outcomes. Bynder compliance and efficient asset delivery are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, traffic management, or studio operations within a creative, production, or marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent jobs.
• Clear, confident communication to brief teams and elevate issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow management for the GSS team: intake, allocation, timelines, delivery tracking.
• Provide daily priorities and task lists to the creative team.
• Support the Senior Account Manager with brief triage and routing.
• Develop knowledge of GSS and TCF capabilities and capacity.
• Track CSAT responses and share insights with stakeholders.
• Manage OMG compliance requirements across deliverables.
• Oversee upload of final assets to Bynder and ensure naming standards.
• Identify process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Act as communication bridge between creative team and account leadership.
