Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health Corporate Services in West Orange, NJ is seeking an Artistic & Creative Director for its Content Studio onsite. You will guide the health system’s visual communications strategy and artistic direction while delivering enterprise-ready content across multiple channels.

Leading centralized writing and design teams, you will set standards, manage external partners, and ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and governance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in creative direction and brand management.
• Experience leading creative teams in a corporate or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall creative vision and brand expression for the Content Studio.
• Lead and develop Content Studio managers and creative professionals.
• Establish enterprise creative standards and storytelling methodologies.
• Oversee concepting and approvals for campaigns.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into integrated campaigns.
• Direct development of enterprise briefs and visual narratives.
• Align resources with intake requests and oversee QA across media.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
