RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Director of Intake and Operations for the Content Studio, based in New Jersey. The role leads the Single Front Door intake, governance, and cross-functional production support across marketing campaigns and enterprise communications.

The position demands strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and people leadership to ensure timely, compliant content delivery within a hybrid onsite setting in Somerset/West Orange, NJ.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in project management, workflow governance, or creative traffic management.
• Prior leadership experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the intake and operations processes for the Content Studio and the Single Front Door system.
• Audit submissions for compliance; enforce established workflows and governance rules.
• Lead and develop project managers and marketing coordinators within the intake vertical.
• Coordinate Weekly Editorial Council activities and maintain the Integrated System Calendar.
• Collaborate with regional leads to train stakeholders on intake compliance and briefs.
