Job description

What You'll Do
  • Lead the creative direction and communication strategy of our brand, focusing on direct response advertising.
  • Generate innovative video concepts and scripts that engage our target audience. Maintain a strong understanding of photography and video specifications to effectively collaborate with content creators and professionals.
  • Analyze our most successful products to understand customer acquisition strategies and communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Collaborate with the customer acquisition and creative teams to optimize creative outputs across various channels.
  • Iterate on existing image and video concepts, scaling successful campaigns and discontinuing underperformers.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with copywriters to develop impactful ad copy and scripts aligned with campaign goals.
  • Ensure final creative assets tell a compelling story that aligns with our direct response objectives.
  • Address and solve creative and storytelling challenges using data-driven insights, working closely with the acquisition team.
You Should Have
  • Based in Latin America; candidates outside this region will not be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital/eCommerce advertising campaigns.
  • A passion for creative concepts, storytelling, and advertising psychology.
  • Stay updated with current trends and platform changes.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and task prioritization skills within cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset with a growth-oriented approach to optimize outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
