We’re seeking an innovative Creative Strategist to develop impactful creatives that drive global customer growth. Your key goals will include scaling performance marketing spend efficiently and shaping Tala’s positioning in the FinTech category. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve paid user acquisition and App Store Optimization (ASO) goals. This role requires a strong understanding of user acquisition and ASO creative metrics, a passion for working with creatives, and excellent project management skills.

What You’ll do?
  • Creative Ideation: Research and pitch creative concepts. Select vendors and work with artists to refine paid media and ASO creative concepts to maximize success.
  • Creative Execution: Brief creatives to internal artists and vendors. Ensure timely feedback, revisions, and asset delivery.
  • Creative Testing: Collaborate with User Acquisition Managers on testing schedules and campaign structures to optimize creative success.
  • Creative Reporting: Partner with Data Analysts to deliver detailed creative reports. Interpret complex creative metrics and share actionable insights with vendors and internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to identify creative opportunities across paid and organic channels.
  • Global Working Culture: Support creative production across multiple countries, requiring an interest in global customer insights.
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven success in developing creatives that drive performance marketing results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with creative research tools, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Looker, Excel).

  • Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working with user acquisition teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design.
