Client Accelerators is seeking a highly creative and analytical Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that drive client success.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can turn client objectives into powerful creative ideas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and data analysts to develop and execute effective campaigns.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Creative Strategy/Concept Development: Oversee the development of innovative and effective creative strategies aligned with client goals.
  2. Brand Messaging/Voicing/Direction: Maintain consistent messaging and voice across campaigns to reflect client brand identity.
  3. Client Research: Conduct research on industry, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategies.
  4. Ideation & Conceptual Development: Generate innovative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  5. Graphic Design/Image Creation: Manage creation of visual assets matching campaign and brand guidelines.
  6. Lead Funnel Design and Building: Oversee the design of marketing funnels optimized for lead generation and conversions.
  7. Maintain MCS, Drive, and Client Asanas: Keep project management tools organized and up-to-date.
  8. Submit Script Request: Manage script requests to copywriters, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Outcomes
  1. Launch and test 30 creative concepts within 60 days for each client.
  2. Develop and submit 50 creative ideas per client within the first 30 days.
  3. Provide detailed analysis of 100% of creative concepts within 7 days of campaign completion, reporting to the CEO.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing research and data analysis
  • Familiarity with marketing channels and platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
