Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and content creation. The Creative Strategist will lead and execute creative strategies, manage media channels, and work closely with clients and internal teams to drive impactful, engaging content across various platforms.
As a Creative Strategist, you will be expected to oversee creative concepting, scriptwriting, on-set and post-production quality control, and execution of media communication plans, ensuring all content achieves the highest standards and resonates with target audiences. You will also play a key role in content optimization and social media management to maximize engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Write scripts and develop creative briefs to guide content creation and production.
- Oversee on-site production quality control (QC) and ensure final deliverables meet creative expectations.
- Manage post-production quality control, including editing, graphics, VFX, and animation.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Communication and Media Planning
- Conduct media channel analysis and develop proposals for optimal media distribution strategies.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, working closely with influencers to ensure brand alignment.
- Allocate and manage media resources to maximize engagement across platforms.
- Provide content proposals tailored to specific social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform algorithms to ensure content strategies are always fresh and relevant.
- Measure and report on engagement and campaign performance.
Social Media Content Management
- Design and create engaging social media content for clients to maximize their presence on digital platforms.
- Ensure content is aligned with overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Provide technical support for social media platforms, including optimization for algorithm success and audience growth.
- Manage content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all social media materials.
Graphic Design and Visual Communication
- Design creative decks, social media posts, and other marketing materials that are visually compelling.
- Produce graphics and layouts for presentations, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Ability to create high-quality professional posters or other promotional materials is a plus.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure a consistent and engaging visual identity.
Client Communication and Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, account management, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow and efficient project execution.
- Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic insights and innovative solutions.
Flexibility and Adaptability
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain flexibility in adjusting creative strategies based on feedback and changing client needs.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the fashion, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
- Previous experience working in a creative agency environment.
- Understanding of data analytics for social media performance and content optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and visual storytelling.
- Strong presentation, pitching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external clients.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), 3D design, and video editing software.
