Job summary

Invisible North, a female-owned creative marketing agency in NYC, seeks a Creative Resource Manager to keep the creative department organized and properly resourced across the entire development and execution process.

reporting to the Head of Creative, you will lead staffing, recruit talent, manage capacity, and collaborate with BD and Accounts to scope new projects while fostering an inclusive, flexible, and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Design, Strategy, Creative Project Management, Creative Staffing, and/or Design Management with time spent managing and growing a team in experiential/advertising/media.
• Experience in experiential marketing is highly favored but not required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and take ownership of projects.
• Collaborative team player who helps across tasks and roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-based staffing across the department for active client work and pitches.
• Spearhead creative recruiting with leadership and recruitment partners for freelance and full-time hires.
• Maintain resource/time tracking and capacity planning tools for the Creative Team.
• Onboard new talent to processes, culture, and best practices for success.
• Coordinate with Accounts and PMs to build realistic schedules based on capacity.
• Monitor freelancers' project scopes and billings in collaboration with Accounts.
