Create campaigns, build pipelines, and help managers hire effectively. The role emphasizes coaching managers, using data to improve outcomes, and partnering with HR on onboarding and retention.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience creating campaigns or outreach that generate qualified applicants.
• Ability to coach managers, influence decisions, and address barriers candidly.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and experience with ATS and data.

Responsibilities

• Create recruiting campaigns and job advertisements that communicate the opportunity and drive applications.
• Set hiring priorities and build realistic job information, interviews, and scorecards.
• Build pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, schools, and partnerships.
• Coach managers on interviewing and evaluation, set expectations, and resolve delays.
• Manage recruiting through offer acceptance and hand off to HR.
