Profiles in Lexington, KY is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role. You will work with an account manager on client projects, coordinating creative, production, and editing teams, and overseeing video and photography shoots.

You will manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets, keeping work on schedule and within scope. Experience on set and familiarity with Wrike or similar PM tools are preferred.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of project management or producer experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
• Experience on set for video and photography shoots.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Hybrid schedule with 1–3 days onsite per week in Lexington, KY.

• Partner with the account manager to align client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate creative, production, and editing teams, along with outside vendors.
• Plan and oversee video and photography shoots, including scheduling and logistics.
• Track workflow and project status in Wrike and keep teams and clients updated.
