Job summary

Liaison Creative+Marketing is seeking a Creative Project Manager to keep ambitious creative work moving from brief to delivery. You will be at the center of a global team of writers, designers, editors, and video producers, translating marketing objectives into clear timelines and keeping everyone aligned.

The role is hybrid and based near Austin, TX, with in‑office training initially and possibly one day a week.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency or in‑house creative team.
• Track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to influence across teams through trust and communication.
• Deep knowledge of creative development and campaign execution; able to discuss with designers, writers, producers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of creative projects from intake to final delivery with clear timelines and success criteria.
• Support integrated campaigns, product launches, events, and content across channels.
• Coordinate daily work across editorial, design, production and video teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for projects, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities and resourcing.
• Guide projects through intake, review, approval and production with complete briefs and assets.
• Monitor progress and surface risks, dependencies or roadblocks early.
